How do you influence others, whether at work, home or in your community, when you don’t have the authority to do so?  The more and more I study the power of influencing others, the more I believe it’s one of the lifelong skills you should be fostering all the time.  Expert influencer and bestselling author John Maxwell agrees, “If your desire is to be successful or to make a positive impact on your world, you need to become a person of influence.  Without it, there is no success.”  Influence traits, tips and tactics are a few of the key aspects that I’ll be writing about in these posts.
