Diversify IT: Leveraging Diversity to Create an Inclusive Workplace

This workshop introduces participants to a wide variety of conceptual frameworks and practical tools and techniques in order to effectively manage in a global economy.  Participants will develop both the mindset and skill set to recognize, reconcile and leverage the differences inherent in the workplace.  Topics examined included Human Resource and Managerial diversity strategies, diversity in communication, cross cultural-intelligence, managing a multi-generational workforces and diversity in teams.
