DBU079Accountability is at the center of productive and admired organizations.  These organizations have seen a return on their culture (ROC).  Yet, the  lack of accountability is prevalent throughout most organizations. These organizations typically only deliver a third of their potential because of the lack of clarity around accountability at all levels of the organization.  This practical workshop focuses on closing the accountability gap by creating a consistent, strategic approach toward accountability.  It integrates both organizational and individual accountability at all levels of the organization through implementing a solid and executable accountability strategy. Using best-practices processes and tools, participants apply the strategic accountability framework to a real life accountability gap they are facing.
