Key Accomplishments:

  • Developed and implemented an evaluation strategy for a large corporation focused on achieving measurable results for their corporate university.  Created a program assessment tool that evaluated program effectiveness; built a scorecard to measure results of metrics; and conducted a pilot that validated success of evaluation strategy.
  • Designed various initiatives to increase accountability for a large customer service organization.  Built analysis tools, conducted focus groups and created multiple evaluation tools to measure performance change and business impact.
  • Led task team to facilitate a corporate-wide, results-based approach in measurement and evaluation for a human resources function.  Designed strategies, evaluation plans, trainings and tools to measure return on investment (ROI) of learning and development interventions.
  • Assessed and evaluated an organization’s potential to be recognized locally as a great place to work.  Researched best practices and developed survey tools to ensure accurate audit of culture.
  • Certified in nationally recognized ROI Process for Measurement & Evaluation program through the Jack Phillips Center for Research.
